Circus Skills Day

Last Friday each of our Primary classes participated in circus skills for their outdoor games session.  Qualified Occupational Therapist Isobel from Cirquest spent the day with classes bringing just the right challenges for each group.

Circus skills work to optimise and develop concentration and attention, listening skills, confidence and self-esteem, while children learn acrobatics, juggling, hula hoops and other object manipulation skills, as well as imaginative play activities and balance skills. And it’s fun!
