The Perth Waldorf School is seeking the services of a dynamic and enthusiastic person to take on the new role of Student Support/Wellbeing Coordinator. This role will provide a range of non-academic support to students, include support for mental health and emotional wellbeing, support for behavior management processes and guiding students with regards to future pathways.

We are looking for someone with training and experience to support the health and wellbeing of our community while also supporting the ethos of the school. The successful candidate will demonstrate a high level of interpersonal communication skills, good organizational skills and an ability to work autonomously. A separate Position Description is also available.

Perth Waldorf School is a K-12 school located in Bibra Lake with over 500 students enrolled. A strong sense of community is encouraged by staff and families at the school. This position would suit a person wishing to work in a non-government school guided by a clear philosophy with students who are well managed.
