Sophia Mundi Steiner School is seeking an outstanding Spanish Teacher to commence at the beginning of Term 1, 2020.  The ability to engage and inspire students together with proven capacity to work independently and willingness to collaborate with collegues are essential qualities for this role. Training and experience in Steiner Education is preferred.

The ideal candidate will be a creative and enthusiastic teacher able to bring the Spanish language and culture to life for students in Secondary classes.  The ability to cater for different levels within a class is essential.

Preference will be given to candidates who have IB Diploma or VCE experience, are excellent or native speakers and who have a second teaching method appropriate to the Steiner Curriculum or IB Diploma Programme.  For cultural authenticity, preference will also be for a native speaker.

This position is part-time, with an allocation of approximately 0.4 EFT –  working 3+ part days/ week.  There is possibility for additional allocation depending on the applicants qualifications and experience.
