PART TIME CLASS TEACHER (0.6 FTE)

The Alpine School (TAS), located in the beautiful Snowy Mountains of NSW, offers a modern and innovative Steiner education to its students.

TAS currently has classes covering Kindergarten to year 9, extending to year 10 in 2024.

We are seeking an experienced and committed class teacher to join our team. This is a part time position, 3 days per week.

The successful applicant will embrace the philosophy of Steiner Education and will preferably have Steiner teaching experience. You will be creative and enthusiastic with a passion for delivering high quality, evidence-based teaching practices and achieving optimal outcomes for students’ learning and well-being.

You will also be organised and flexible with strong interpersonal skills and a proven ability to build and maintain respectful and positive relationships with parents, students and colleagues.

In addition, you will hold relevant teaching qualifications for eligibility for accreditation with the NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA).
