Marketing, Communications & Enrolments Officer

We have an opening for a Marketing, Communications & Enrolments Officer. This is a part time role (4 days a week – 30.4 hrs/week) based at the school. Working as an effective member of the Administrative team, the primary role of the Marketing, Communications and Enrolments Officer is to implement and coordinate effective communication and marketing strategies, manage all first stage enrolment enquiries, and facilitate school events.

Duties

  • Manage all enrolment enquiry from inception, up to and including the School tour stage
  • Implement effective communication and marketing strategies as per the CHSS Marketing & Communications Plan
  • Coordinate all timely, target specific marketing, advertising, promotion, public relations and communication activities from conception to execution and evaluate effectiveness
  • Develop and conduct parent engagement surveys
  • Refresh content for all media channels and ensure consistency of branding
  • Facilitate School events and functions

Role Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in similar roles
  • Demonstrated excellent interpersonal written and oral communication skills
  • Demonstrated understanding of the role of communications in marketing and branding
  • Computer literate with up to date, digital marketing knowledge
  • Flexibility and analysis/problem solving skills to respond within a dynamic environment
  • Ability to demonstrate initiative and act decisively consistent with the School’s brand
  • Ability to see the bigger picture with excellent attention to detail
  • Commitment to child safety and the prevention of child harm by recognising and responding appropriately
  • Current working with Children Blue Card or eligibility to obtain one (no card no start)
