The “Alice”

The School
The Alice Springs Steiner School is a strong and vibrant school. It has an enthusiastic, active and highly involved parent and teacher group, a flourishing and dynamic Steiner inspired curriculum; a bountiful biodynamic vegetable garden alongside a basketball court, soccer field, and playground. The school is established, having begun in 1996, with classes from play group through to Class 6. We have ventured into Middle School, classes 7 and 8, this year being our second Class 8.
The Alice Springs Steiner School is seeking a creative and enthusiastic teacher to commence with Class 8 in February 2022. The successful applicants with be passionate about education and willing to be involved in building our Middle School. They will have an understanding and focus on Steiner pedagogy and philosophy and a willingness to learn more. The applicant must be registered with the TRB or able to be registered and must be eligible for the N.T. ochre card. Please email or ring the school for more information.
