Administration Officer

A position of Administration Officer has become available at the Mansfield Steiner School.

The Administrations Officer is responsible by delegation from the Operations Manager for the Micro financial and administrative functions of the School.

The Administration Officer is responsible to the Operations Manager for operational and financial matters, including drafting of annual School Budget, fees collection, administration discounts, and payment of accounts.

The Administration Officer’s role is to support and complement the Operation Manager in their responsibility for overall financial and administrative functions of the school, including but not limited to the operations of and associated with the School.

This role would be ideally suited to a candidate with strong bookkeeping skills (Xero accounts), general administration and Microsoft office skills.
