GLaM 2020 Seminar Series
The Annual SEA Governance Leadership and Management Conference was cancelled this year due to the Covid-19 emergency. In its place SEA is running a series of GLaM Zoom meetings looking at governance, financial management and crisis planning, well-being and welfare.
Session to date have include Governance in Steiner Schools: Enabling & adding value to the education; The complexity of dealing with COVID-19 for Steiner school boards/councils and school leaders; and Financial governance in crisis times
The Term 2 program continues with 3 sessions focussing on well-being and governance. Sessions are free for SEA Members.

The program will continue in Term 3, 2020 with new sessions, via zoom. Information regarding the Term 3 program will be coming out towards the end of Term 2.
The sessions are open for all staff and board members of SEA member schools, including school leaders, business and finance staff, wellbeing and support staff, teachers and school board and council members.
