‘Entering the Soul Mood of Orange’

A chance to explore the many attributes of this colour in combination with other colours.
Teaching will include:
- Insights into the spiritual background of light and darkness which gives rise to colour
- The archetypal movements of colour
- The healthy and not so healthy working of orange on a soul level
- Client case studies
Practical exercises to understand the above will be taught in a variety of mediums:
Charcoal, soft pastels, coloured pencils, watercolour in moist on moist and veil painting techniques
Venue: Flaxton Grove, 32 Nimbus Drive, Flaxton, QLD 4560 Australia
Times: Monday to Friday, 8.30 am – 3.30 pm.
Cost: $850 for 2 weeks
Further Training: This is one of the 14 modules which make up the complete Painting Therapy Training taught by the Sienna Academy. Courses exist in Australia, China and Thailand.
Your teacher: Sally Martin, an experienced teacher of this method working for 23 years in anthroposophical communities in the U.K. In 2001 she moved with her family to Australia and since then has provided many diverse training opportunities for people wishing to explore this method both artistically and therapeutically. This work has developed further afield and courses are held regularly in Thailand and China. Sally has also worked for 16 years as a Painting Therapist at the Noosa Pengari Steiner School on the Sunshine Coast, and runs a private practise at her own home.
